TNG = Tradition Never Graduates
These three words highlight our program. Every new season comes with doubt, uncertainty & questions to be answered. Our opponents are always excited once the previous year is over. Graduating are the great players who led our team to victory. And next year will be theirs. And then it happens again. Tradition Never Graduated Again. And so the new cycle of hope begins. Next year it will end. Always next year, and never this year is their focus. For us it is a different path. Our tradition is a tradition of hard work. Our goal is to always outwork and out play our opponent. And this transcends the talent on the field. Three hours a day, six days a week we will train to win. The returners are always ready to step in and lead us to victory. The newcomers learn quickly that talent is never enough on this team. It is found in the hard working execution of our game plan which will win the game. It is found in every player wanting the ultimate goal with all their hearts. We know that victories are won in between the games. And we will work hard and we will be ready. For us, next year never comes. It's Always This Year, Never Next Year...
